At Crossroads and through Imagine, our goal is to support you on your life journey for the optimal health and wellness of your body, soul, mind, and spirit. Breath work, mindfulness, meditation, prayer, serving and yoga are research-based tools and practices to reduce stress and improve overall physical, mental and relational health and wellness ... all within a community of unlimited welcome and unconditional love.
Research out of Duke University, Harvard University, University of Massachusetts, the University of Exeter Medical School in England, and the Lund University in Sweden points to decreased stress levels, better mental health and the boosting of immune functions for those who engage in these types of activities.

It is an amazing joy to be part of the Crossroads family for over 25 years. The people of this community have taught me so much about the unconditional love of God and the unlimited welcome of Jesus. Click here to read more of Cathy's bio.
