Blueridge Summit Retreat
We will gather at Blueridge Summit Retreat to carpool to the AT Waterfall for a time of renewal in mind, body and soul as we gather to relax and soak in the colors of fall in this gorgeous forested area.
We will gather at the studio for a brief, guided meditation and then carpool to the waterfall to spend some time to rest and renew along the mountain stream and cascading waterfalls.
We will build a campfire and enjoy some S'mores or whatever you would like to cook over the fire alongside the stream.
We will have some colored pencils and paper available if you would like to spend some time in meditative sketching (just for your pleasure).
