  1. What percentage of a normal day am I in the present moment?
  2. How often do I have judging thoughts?
  3. How clear am I about my day to day purpose?
  4. If mindfulness practices can help me be more present in the moment, eliminate judgments and help me to be clearer about my day-to-day purpose, then what is the first thing I need to do to remove any blocks that keep me from practicing them?
