Letting Go of Comparisons

January 26, 2014

"I have learned how to be content with whatever I have." ~ Apostle Paul, Philippians 4:11

Today's Scripture: Philippians 4:11-13

  1. Did I experience any sibling rivalry growing up? What about my friends? How has that shaped who I am today?
  2. In what contexts(s) do I compare myself to others? What impact does that have on my joy?
  3. What would need to change in order for me to be able to say, as the Apostle Paul did, "I have learned to be content with whatever I have"?
  4. What did I hear or experience today that was most impactful? What, if anything, am I feeling inspired to do as a result?
